Scope Of Work

The new Hilton Garden Inn built in Aiken, South Carolina provides 92 guestrooms to an area in need of more quality guestrooms for business travelers. The 57,500 square foot hotel follows the Hilton prototype, and incorporates some of the new features added to the brand including the new Suite guestrooms, the new freestanding "Pod" registration desks, and the new laptop counter in the Lounge. Other amenities include a café style restaurant, full service bar, 2 meeting rooms for up to 50 people each, a state of the art fitness center and an outdoor pool and heated spa.
