Scope Of Work

The Client requested that this 9,000 square foot, 8-unit retail building be designed to provide each individual tenant with a pedestrian friendly and unique architectural character that nevertheless coordinated with the old-world styling of Saint Michael's Town Square. Thorp Associated developed a lively and diverse exterior elevation that incorporates many different openings, parapet heights, entry patterns, signage opportunities, false-upper-stories, and over 100 unique exterior finishes to disguise the mass of the building while maintaining structural simplicity and flexibility of use. A more detailed set of drawings than is typically required for a retail shell project was created to illustrate the great variety of wall sections, fenestration, masonry, trim and lighting that brings this project to life.
