Scope Of Work
Thorp Associates is excited to be architect for the Rocky Mountain Performing Arts Center for downtown Estes Park. The ''Rocky'' will be one of the biggest economic developments in Estes Park in the past 25 years and will enrich the artistic culture of our community. The building, spanning the Fall River and completing the downtown Riverwalk, will feature a 750 seat auditorium with balcony, a world-class stage with full-height fly gallery and motorized safety rigging, and a lowered orchestra pit. A financially-supporting two-story commercial space facing Elkhorn Avenue will include a restaurant and winter garden overlooking the river. The project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
