Scope Of Work

Kennedy Lofts at Bradburn is a 61,650 s.f., 4-story, mixed-use residential loft project that serves the Bradburn Village live/work area. The ground-level retail derives its traditional archiectural form from historic urban “Main Streets”, with its corbelled masonry frame parallel with the urban street grid. The 12 residential units above are more contemporary in character with their 30 degree rotated grid to capture views of the Front Range for each unit. Each residence has a private garage and elevator that opens directly into the living space.
