Scope Of Work

A high-end, rustic Italian restaurant, had unused and undeveloped property surrounding the facility and Mooring was hired to transform it into a garden patio experience like no other. We started by building an extension from the building and erecting an exterior wall appropriately clad with Pennsylvania blue stone. We handled the grading and concrete foundation and custom lighting and even assembled and installed a 17th-century water fountain feature that had been imported from Europe as a pallet of stones. We also designed and installed custom pergolas, an IPE wood deck with a detailed and unique inlay and pattern, custom benches, tables and more. Finally, we installed all landscaping and integrated the building systems by adding audio/visual capabilities.
