Scope Of Work
Mooring was engaged to perform a new construction of a neighborhood community center. This build was constructed over a high-water, table-cased pier design that required a number of field modifications. By partnering with the architect to finalize the design, we were able to utilize value engineering tactics to help us build the 20,000-square-foot ground-up tilt-wall with custom glass storefront, EIFS and split face stone.
