The outlook for work in the mechanical trades is robust for New Jersey.  This market is benefiting from school construction on an expedited schedule, concurrent redevelopment on Lower Manhattan, the boom in housing demand and other commercial and public sector work.  Watchdog groups such as the New Jersey Alliance for Action, the South Jersey Development Council and the New Jersey Council of Economic Advisors concur on the healthy outlook for construction in the state.

To take advantage of the vibrant market for mechanical services, Newark Mechanical will launch a fresh marketing campaign in 2004.  This initiative will target old customers and add new customers reporting an escalation in construction activity.  

Newark Mechanical has seasoned and skilled management in the person of its owner and founder.  The president of the organization is prepared to add the right staff as revenues and number of contracts increase.  The firm is aware of the need to balance the relationship between expenses and revenues in order to preserve profitability.
