Our Story

ADJ is a family-owned and operated heating, ventilation, and air conditioning business that specializes in HVAC installation for residential, commercial, industrial, and design-build project. The company is named after the three founding brothers: Anthony, Dennis, and Joseph Truglia. The brothers started the business in 1983 after their father, Anthony Truglia Sr., a leading expert in HVAC since 1958, encouraged them to take the reins on the industry. Unlike many HVAC companies, ADJ makes sure that the owners are available to speak to their clients around the clock to answer any questions or concerns.

As winners of the Trane Distinguished Dealer Award, ADJ excels in their customer service and has remained dedicated to their field for over 30 years. They take pride in their in-house sheet metal fabrication shop, where their shop foreman and 2 full-time fabricators oversee all of the products that are used in their installations and repairs. Their young, friendly, and informative team of experts provides exceptional assistance in comfort, energy savings and technology; allowing their clients to flourish in their homes and businesses. Their staff includes 10 sheet metal mechanics, 10 helpers, 1 service manager, and 8 service technicians.

Outside of providing five-star service, they are devoted to making a difference in the local community by donating to organizations such as, Stamford Public Schools, Stamford Girls Softball League, Stamford Old Timers, and other select charitable organizations.
