Scope Of Work
Phase 1 for 200 Dearborn: Two (2) 250 Ton Chillers that was disassembled in the shop after delivery. We then delivered to the site on Friday, May 4, 2018, and brought up the sections on a standard freight elevator eliminating the need for cranes, helicopters and street closures. The first chiller is scheduled to go online by Tuesday, May 15, 2018, and the second chiller by Wednesday, May 30, 2018, so the customer can get the full Com Ed rebate.
