Scope Of Work
Partnered with the design assist mechanical contractor, Couts completed the HVAC dryside of this iconic retail destination. Project consisted of new construction and remodeling of 2 & 3 level high end department stores. 422,000 sq. ft. of prestigious retail spaces along with (2) 5 level subterranean parking structures. This project highlighted Couts’ design assist & teamwork ability in utilizing top notch design and energy concepts.
