Scope Of Work
Couts Heating & Cooling, Inc. was proud to furnish and install the HVAC and Mechanical Piping of The City of Riverside’s Newest Main Library, which consisted of intricate duct and piping layouts, multiple Boilers, Air Handling Units, Heat Pumps and Controls to ensure that every inch of this futuristic wonder remain a comfortable environment for all who visit.
The building design included 4 story high shear concrete walls, enormous wing shaped windows, beautiful illuminating accent lighting, an outdoor terrace and lavish landscaping. Located in the heart of Riverside, this endeavor, with overall construction cost of $43 Mil, hopes to attract people of all ages that share a passion for books, technology and sense of community.
