Scope Of Work
Renovated HVAC system in Bronx Military Hospital including the below works:
Supply, Install, Testing & commissioning the main Operating Rooms HVAC system, including AHU’s, Chiller, Ductwork, Piping, Electrical, and Controls.
Supply, Install, Testing & commissioning for the MRI unit HVAC system and BMS by Johnson Controls.
Supply, Install, Testing & commissioning for Absorption Chillers including all steam, chilled and condenser water.
Replacing existing cooling towers with Johnson Controls to achieve the highest efficiency possible for the Hospital.
Replacing the Operation Room HVAC system, including the AHU, Chiller, Ductwork, Piping, Electrical, and Controls without interruption to the OR sensitive operations.
