Scope Of Work
54 W. Hubbard, also known as Court House Place, is a Chicago landmark. This 70,000 sq. ft. structure was built in 1893 and many of the original features (exposed brick, window trim, and vaults) were combined with high-end finishes including aluminum crown molding and GFRG column covers to achieve a unique look. Our team had to overcome challenges associated with elevator shaft renovations, roof repairs and floor trenching.
