Scope Of Work
The Hedrick Brothers Construction team completed a fast-track design build project for Palm Beach Atlantic University, West Palm Beach, FL in time to welcome students as they returned for the Fall 2020 semester. With just four weeks for preconstruction and nine weeks of construction, the team performed a complete renovation to the Lassiter Student Center featuring a dining hall, open concept kitchen, coffee shop and convenience market.
