Scope Of Work
Performed lead abatement and remediation services to various residential units throughout Bay and Isabella Counties.
Once structures passed a lead clearance, our employees and subcontractors completed interior and exterior renovations of the structures including: Additions, Selective Demolition, Siding, Painting, Rough & Trim Carpentry, Flooring, Kitchen and Bath Renovations, Windows and Doors, Insulation, Drywall, Roofing, HVAC (Mechanical) , Electical, Plumbing, Concrete, Foundations and Landscaping.
