Scope Of Work

ISD #181 approached Hy-Tec in January 2015 and cited their need for additional classroom space at Riverside Elementary School. We agreed on a design/build approach.  Our architectural division created conceptual designs which were evolved to a final approved concept.  We prepared a budget per that concept and the school board approved the project on February 18, 2015. Hy-Tec immediately shifted into full design development and documents were generated in record time.  This allowed us to begin actual construction in early April. A crack team of local subcontractors and suppliers were assembled and procurement for all items required was fast tracked successfully. The $2.3M project was completed ahead of the almost impossible schedule.  The teachers and staff had ample time to clean and setup their classrooms and offices and be 100% operational for the first day of school.
