Scope Of Work

This innovative 15,000 s.f. medical center includes a Gateway Family Health Clinic, Thrifty White Pharmacy with a drive-through, Essentia Health physical therapy and radiology clinic, and a Northern Eye Center optometry clinic. It’s a one-stop-shop for medical services in a rural area serving several small communities. The project was constructed on a very tight schedule starting in August with completion in February. Hy-Tec focused on expediting the acquisition of materials and completing site work before the early winter to ensure a certificate of occupancy would be granted by the City of Hinckley prior to February. From the interior finishes, décor and modern atmosphere the Hinckley Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility.
