Scope Of Work

This project consisted of a 2,160sf quad-plex.  Hy-Tec Construction work closely with the Owner and Architect to complete this project in a timely manor.  The interior has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one common kitchen.  Sound insulation and sound channel was used in all interior walls to eliminate sound transfer.  The bathrooms had all custom cabinets and full walk-in showers.  The kitchen had custom cabinets, granite tops and slate stone back splash.The bedrooms had custom cabinets, wet bar and two had gas fireplaces.  The exterior was painted hard board siding with stone veneer accent columns. The project was completed on time and on budget.
