Scope Of Work
This facility was design/build for an 1,800 square foot addition and four additional phases of interior remodeling. The BLSC came to Hy-Tec with the goal to add one operating room, create more storage and office space, and create a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere.
With architect Stan Weiser guiding the way from design and layout to material selections, all of these goals were met. The job had some challenges and Jake Feierabend handled them very well. The biggest challenge was to layout the remodel phases while keeping the “State of the Art” surgical center operating daily. Also, great concern for patient safety and infection control was a daily task that Hy-Tec made priority one when creating barriers and temporary partitions. When finished, Hy-Tec had created a beautiful useable space for BLSC to expand into.
