Scope Of Work
The Homewood Suites project is a 5-Story, 130-key extended-stay hotel which is conveniently located in Brookline, MA, along Rt.9 the MBTA Green Line. The upscale all-suite hotel will include a fitness room, indoor pool, lodge.
Due to its close proximity to surrounding neighborhoods, this hotel has utilized a “skyplane” design to limit the shadow cast on the residential houses to the North. This “skyplane” technique creates a staggered terrace-like slope on the back side of the hotel, which faces the MBTA tracks.
Located at 111 Boylston Street, the upscale all-suite hotel will set a standard in the Brookline area, offering guests convenient like-home comforts and quality bundled services in a transit-friendly environment.
