Scope Of Work
The 123-key, 78,660 square-foot hotel was one of the first element-branded hotels in the world. The LEED-NC Silver hotel shares a site with the Tocci-built aloft. Tocci utilized BIM for coordination and delivery of the 4-story, steel and wood-frame structure.
