Scope Of Work
The five-acre, 126,000 SF mixed-use development site is positioned adjacent to West Concord’s main commercial district, a commuter rail station, Nashoba Brook and a future “rails to trails” bike path.
The complex features 74 luxury apartments—studios and one and two-bedroom units on the building’s upper floors and 36,000 square feet of first-class commercial space below. The commercial space is designed to attract businesses that will cater to the Brookside Square residents, mostly empty nesters looking to downsize and young professionals seeking a work-live-play environment.
