Scope Of Work
645 Summer Street is Tocci’s second project with Pappas Enterprises. Located directly on the channel in South Boston, the project is an occupied renovation of an existing block and concrete slab structure with a precast concrete facade. The 2-story, 150,000 sf building will be renovated in 3-phases to maintain operations by existing tenants. The renovation will include the removal of existing precast concrete panels on the façade for relocation and adding in a curtain wall between panels. New windows will be installed throughout both floors. Sustainability is key for this project, which will be going for LEED Silver.
