Scope Of Work
The Avanti Resort is a fully renovatedOrlando hotel conveniently located along International Drive in south Orlando. Renovations for this hotel included expanding the 9,500 square feet registration building to include enhanced guest check-in space and an elevator for future business service areas.
New construction included a 6,700 square feet restaurant and activity building featuring a full kitchen to service the hotel grill and adjacent pool bar. This building also includes a game room and fitness room overlooking the resort pool.
Many amenities were added to Avanti Resort complex such as a zero-entry pool, spa, pool deck with fountains and water features, beach volleyball, shuffleboard and a bus stop.
