Scope Of Work
Complete structural demolition of 9-story office building adjacent to occupied structures on one of the busiest streets in the Central Business District of Washington, DC. This project included interior selective demolition to access asbestos containing materials, asbestos abatement, craning of precast concrete overhang sections, demolition of 2-story tall mechanical/elevator penthouse by use of Brokk robotic demolition tools, and demolition of structure down to grade, while leaving below grade exterior foundation walls intact and braced with processed rubble fill material.
