Scope Of Work
The United Negro College Fund Headquarters’ Tenant fit out was a 35,000 square foot, Class A office space on five floors. This high visibility project is located outside a major Washington DC Metro stop.
Gilford worked with the Architect and Owner during all stages of Pre-Construction to ensure the owner’s budget met the design intent. Due to it’s location, significant coordination was required for off-loading and staging with a single street alley for project access. The entire project was built concurrently with the base building. Gilford’s scope of work included the management of all divisions to include all electrical, mechanical, and finishes.
