Scope Of Work
Two story 6,000 square foot addition to existing hotel and 1,500 square foot renovation to existing lobby and office areas. Renovation to the existing 24,000 square foot hotel patio doors, stairwells, hallways and façade. The new addition will be utilized for meeting rooms, game room, office space and breakfast room. The work includes, but is not limited to, site work, paving, site utilities, selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, steel joist & decking, brick veneer and EIFS wall construction, EPDM roofing, interior metal stud and masonry wall construction, aluminum doors & windows, metal frames, wood doors, interior finishes, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems emergency generator and lighting.
