Scope Of Work
Valle del Desierto included the construction of 45 independent senior apartments in seven buildings. These low-income senior apartments have all the amenities found in a mid-scale apartment, including full kitchens, baths, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms. This project also included a community building complete with a large activity room, computer lab, offices, laundry facilities and a residential-style kitchen for large group entertaining.
