Scope Of Work

Sun Valley Community Church was unique in that they wanted a modern and technologically advanced worship and education facility, while at the same time being energy conscious. With that in mind they chose to use an Insulated Concrete Form system (ICF), which provided outstanding insulation value and energy cost savings for the owner. This new facility included a 1,000-seat (stadium and floor) worship facility and associated audio/visual control and production areas, two contemporary coffee/café sites, a major indoor atrium gathering area, lounge areas, outdoor patios, classrooms for early childhood, and a future shell for classroom and office expansion. The project also included the expansion of the parking lot and the courtyard.
