Scope Of Work
This project consisted of 56 independent senior apartments in eight buildings on a XX.X acre site. These low-income senior apartments have all the amenities found in a mid-scale apartment, including full kitchens, baths, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms. Also included within the project was a community building complete with a large activity room, computer lab, offices, laundry facilities and a residential-style kitchen for large group entertaining.
The exterior has themed landscaping to match the local environment, including meandering sidewalks and picnic areas. Harrison Haven was completed on time and within budget.
