Scope Of Work
This project included the complete conversion of 40 independent senior living apartments to assisted living units, as well as the addition of a new elevator tower to accommodate residents on all three floors. The project also included the addition of a new 12,000-square foot formal dining room, a commercial kitchen, staff offices and community activity rooms.
The client’s requirement for this project was to maintain uninterrupted day to day operations. MTV successfully met these requirements through strategic construction methods and scheduling. MTV exceeded our client’s expectations by successfully completing this project ahead of schedule and within budget.
