Scope Of Work
The Manor II project included the conversion of 40 independent senior living apartments to assisted living units, as well as the expansion of the existing facility. The expansion included offices, community activity rooms and a new formal dining facility complete with a full service commercial kitchen. Coinciding with the construction of Manor II was the renovation and construction of the Skilled Nursing Center. The Skilled Nursing Center included the addition of six patient rooms and a new entry into the facility, as well as renovations to various common areas, offices, corridors, electrical and HVAC upgrades and extensions to the life safety systems.
Christian Care Manor II and the Skilled Nursing Center were completed on time and within budget. The renovations and new construction of these projects were completed with little-to-no disruption to the residents and their guests. Special care was taken in the strategic implementation of project scheduling so as not to interrupt the healthcare of the patients and the daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Center.
