Scope Of Work
As Construction Manager, Sweetwater constructed this premier 23,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery facility for the Salus Medical Group. This facility contains 6 Class C ORs and 2 procedure rooms. Sweetwater participated in the process from pre-construction through DOH/DCA approval and licensing, and led a value engineering effort that removed about $750,000 of cost from this project. This facility was constructed as high-end space and contains a first class interior design scheme with extensive millwork, marble, and ceramic tile.
