Scope Of Work
As Construction Manager, Sweetwater worked with Gensler to provide services in building Audi of America’s new prototype dealership in Edison, NJ. The 40,000 square foot facility will enhance the customers' sales and service experience throughout the building which is based upon the "hangar style" Audi dealership design. The large curved metal roof, angled front glass wall, the Quattro Cafe, and luxurious interiors are all meant to evoke the same luxury and attention to detail as the Audi vehicle. The service area contains 34 service bays and a car wash. Interior space includes the showroom, executive offices, customer lounges, conference rooms and employee café. The project, on Route1, also included an extensive sitework component.
