Scope Of Work
FCI served as the CM/GC of this new 39,600 SF replacement hospital for Family Health West. The new, acute care 16 patient bed hospital features two OR rooms, x-ray room, CT facility, full support laboratory and small production kitchen with dining area. The hospital is situated on a four acre site which required installation of new utilities, 24" storm drain, construction/stabilization of parking lot and landscaping of the entire site. Change orders resulted a cost savings to the owner in the amount of $107,852.00.
