Scope Of Work
Seats, Inc. is a manufacturer of heavy duty seating for transportation and military vehicles. Located in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, their most recent addition is a 58,000-square-foot warehouse that was built onto their existing manufacturing facility.
The work included a structural steel frame, concrete footings, foundations and slab, partial masonry walls and a TPO roof with a 64,000-square-foot reroof of a portion of the existing facility. Exterior work incorporated new drives, truck parking, retaining wall, six recessed docks and three at-grade overhead doors.
