Scope Of Work
The Reedsburg Area Medical Center Medical Office Building Clinic Renovation involved remodel of two medical suites into one suite of 4,200 square feet for expansion of the group practice. Most of the existing suites were gutted and new exam, office and administrative rooms created with new finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Work was required to be performed in two stages to allow doctors to continue using an existing portion of the suite during the construction. Requirements of the Infection Control Risk Assessment permit were strictly adhered with.
