Scope Of Work
This 25,000-square-foot office expansion and renovation project for Ramaker & Associates offered Friede & Associates an opportunity to modernize a pre-existing building in a timely and cost-effective manner. The project involved renovating an existing 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building and adding 5,000 square feet to meet Ramaker's space needs.
In additional to adding on to the building, Friede & Associates also made extensive electrical and lighting upgrades, installed new acoustical ceilings and attractive cloud features, constructed a new entry and completely renovated all interior finishes. The $1.8 million project was completed within budget one month ahead of schedule.
