Scope Of Work
Market Square Cheese is a family-owned and operated business that has been in operation since 1978. The new 5,000-square-foot expansion and remodel of the Bavarian chalet-style exposed timber-framed retail location was completed in just six months. This allowed Market Square Cheese to capitalize on the Memorial Day holiday, which serves as the unofficial start to summer in the Wisconsin Dells.
Friede & Associates served as general contractor and self-performed the carpentry and concrete on the project, while Architectural Design Consultants, Inc. (ADCI) of Lake Delton designed the addition.
