Scope Of Work
The growth of condominium sales at Christmas Mountain Resort prompted the need for both a new resort check-in building—complete with a waterpark and fitness facility—and a new sales/preview center for the growing complex.
These two new buildings create an attractive entrance to the 800-acre complex that includes, not only many hospitality choices, but also an on-site 27-hole golf course, downhill ski slope and multiple indoor and outdoor pools. The construction of these two wood-framed structures also continued a construction partnership between Friede & Associates and the Bluegreen Vacation Corporation that began in 2000.
