Scope Of Work
As with nearly all remodeling projects, flexibility was the key to success on this project. ADCI and Friede & Associates routinely met with the owners to discuss minor changes that would be necessary, as the project moved forward and more information about the existing structure became known. The building had started out as a small house and had been added on to many times over the years. This meant that ADCI's design needed to create comfortable dining areas that were tied together, yet didn't require complete demolition of the building.
The design was a success, combining the three floor levels the various additions had left, a new patio for outdoor dining and a new entry, all of which met the owners’ goals of functionality, comfort and attractiveness.
