Scope Of Work
With the goal of creating a truly unique office presence at the gateway to Madison, Ayres & Associates designed a metal-skinned, energy-efficient, inviting office space near the Dane County Regional Airport on the north side of Madison.
Friede & Associates began construction of the new 22,000-square-foot building in December of 2002 and completed this impressive structure in just 11 months. The project was the second building in the Corben Business Campus, an 18-acre development that Friede assisted The Rifken Group in bringing to reality in 2001.
