Scope Of Work
This 63-unit hotel on Madison’s southeast side serves as an oasis between a commercial district to the south and numerous bustling residential communities to the north. The building contains extensive masonry construction and pre-cast floors, designed to minimize noise transmission and improve the overall lodging experience.
Friede & Associates crews overcame many obstacles related to the location of this project, including being wedged between a highway and busy streets on all sides, and a restricted work schedule due to the close proximity to a supper club and residential neighborhood. Crews circumvented the tough work environment and completed the project in the time allotted without any safety concerns or incidents.
