Description: New Construction of an 11,735 SqFt Pre-School consisting of Early Childhood, Pre-Kindergarten & Toddlers Classrooms. The school is a slab on grade, wood framed structure with a Standing Seam Metal Roof. The Exterior is clad with Board and Batten cementitious siding, brick veneer and impact resistant aluminum clad windows. The Sitework for this project includes soil remediation (earthquake drains), asphalt paving, playground equipment, decorative aluminum fencing, landscaping and a splash pad. Interior finishes include Luxury Vinyl tile, Porcelain Tile, Vinyl Composition Tile, extensive built-in casework with solid surface tops and running trim.
