Description: New construction of 40,000 SqFt warehouse and offices. The building structure consists of a pre-engineered steel frame with metal wall and roof panels. The six inch thick concrete slab on grade incorporates a truck dock for shipping and receiving. The two level office component is 9,200 SqFt and includes sales and showroom areas.
