Description: The project consists of sitework and new construction of two multi-tenant buildings with the capacity of up to 6 tenants. The buildings are currently being built as shells to allow for flexibility of future tenant up-fits. The buildings will be clad in multiple veneers including liberal use of brick, storefront, heavy timber canopies, metal wall panels, and EIFS. The project totals approximately 13,500 SqFt of new retail space.
