Scope Of Work
A contemporary hotel situated atop a 2.75 acre site in Orange County near John Wayne Airport and the Anaheim Convention Center. This four-story hotel is comprised of 149 guestrooms and 6 luxury suites and is the latest generation of Courtyard by Marriott hotels. The large guestrooms are spacious and include a work space, common room, and a separate sleeping area.
The hotel includes a high grade kitchen, a full bar, a cafe, an ample sized ball room, board rooms, a home theater, library, exercise room, restaurant and a heated outdoor pool and whirpool. The new lobby provides guests with the latest technology including wireless internet and a touch-screen TV to use at their convenience; as well as offers them hospitality in the form of tea and coffee served from their lobby cafe. The exterior patio was designed for guests to lounge and entertain and includes a custom exterior water feature and the art work of local artists scattered throughout.
