Scope Of Work
Construction of a new four-story hotel situated on the Pacific Coast in Los Angeles County. This new modern hotel is conveniently located near the Long Beach Airport and offers 159 contemporary guestrooms with full kitchens, 2 boardrooms, 2 meeting rooms, S-Bar and Cafe featuring Starbucks, state-of-the-art fitness center, laundry facilities, and outdoor seating areas with an outdoor pool and whirlpool. The hotel is located on a 4.3 acre site and is decorated with concrete pavers, lush landscaping, and Palm Trees to provide guests a relaxing atmosphere. This hotel is LEED Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
