Scope Of Work
A new ground-up facility for the Chrysler Realty Group in Sacramento, California. The structure is a hybrid made up of a masonry service building with a steel framed showroom and support facilities. The 39,000 square foot facility was the first ground-up project Chrysler had contracted in over five years, and is the prototype for their national specifications.
The project was constructed during the winter season and was adjacent to large areas of hazardous soils, making the utility installation a complex process. The dealership was constructed on a 5.1 acre site and contains a sales and service area, support office, a storage mezzanine, as well as a service and car delivery canopy.
