Scope Of Work
The completed 93,000 sf. CarMax Murrieta is the home for one of the largest CarMax dealerships on the west coast. The dealership sits on 45 acres and features 5 CMU buildings. The main building consists of standard brand finishes including polished concrete, epoxy floors, blue standing seam roofing, and the ubiquitous entry portal. Before the project could begin, burrowing owls on the site had to be relocated to comply with the wildlife preservation rules.
